What you'll be responsible for:

• Manage and support activities within the assigned finance process (R2R, P2P, or B2C/O2C).
• Perform month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, and related accounting activities, where applicable.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Support process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automation and simplification.
• Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive process excellence.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business and management decision-making.

We're looking for:

Chartered Accountants with 2-5 years of experience to join our Finance team. We have multiple openings across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Billing-to-Cash (B2C/Order-to-Cash) functions.

Preferred Background:

• Qualified CA with 2-5 years of experience in Statutory Audit or Advisory.
• Candidates with experience from Big 4 or Big 6 firms will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, finance processes, and internal controls.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle will be an added advantage.
