General Manager - Human Resource - Alcho Beverage

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our organization in Nagpur as the General Manager - HR. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the strategic architect of our human capital agenda, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle while aligning people practices with overarching business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals to ensure the organization remains competitive and agile in a dynamic market.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier professionals who possess the technical expertise and cultural fit required for long-term success.
• Oversee robust talent management and succession planning frameworks to identify high-potential employees and build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
• Spearhead employee engagement programs that cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture, thereby improving retention and overall organizational morale.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws while maintaining a fair and equitable work environment.

Required Skillset:

• Manufacturing & FMCG industry HR experience critical.
• Experience of recruiting & managing factory labour.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR generalist functions, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations and complex organizational structures.
• Exceptional ability to act as a strategic HR business partner, translating business challenges into actionable people solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in talent acquisition and talent management, with the ability to build high-performing teams through data-driven recruitment and development strategies.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence senior leadership, mentor junior staff, and navigate sensitive employee relations with diplomacy.
• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or an MBA from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation in organizational behavior and strategic management.
• High degree of adaptability and professional maturity, with the ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Nagpur while managing cross-functional teams effectively.
