Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic professional with 8-10 years of experience in consulting, CSR advisory, stakeholder management, business operations, or social impact strategy to lead high-impact engagements and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CSR and impact consulting projects
- Manage senior client relationships and multi-stakeholder engagements
- Drive strategic advisory, program governance, and impact-focused execution
- Manage project financials, timelines, quality, and reporting
- Work closely with corporates, NGOs, funders, and ecosystem partners
- Support solution design across education, livelihoods, healthcare, and innovation sectors
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in consulting, CSR, impact advisory, or large-scale program management
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Exposure to education, healthcare, livelihoods, or innovation sectors preferred
