About the Role:

We are looking for a senior professional to lead advisory and consulting engagements focused on translating scientific innovation into market-ready solutions. The role involves working with startups, research institutions and enterprises across biotechnology, medical devices and deep-tech, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, intellectual property, technology transfer and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead advisory engagements across biotechnology, MedTech and deep-tech sectors.
• Advise innovators on regulatory approvals and compliance across CDSCO, US FDA and EU MDR frameworks.
• Drive technology transfer, IP strategy, licensing, valuation and commercialization initiatives.
• Structure strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with industry stakeholders.
• Build and manage client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand advisory services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior stakeholders across industry, research and innovation ecosystems.

Candidate Profile:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, medical devices, life sciences, deep-tech or technology advisory.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including CDSCO, US FDA and EU MDR.
• Demonstrated experience in technology commercialization, IP management, technology transfer or licensing.
• Experience in deal structuring, valuation and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, business development and stakeholder management skills.
• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant technical or life sciences discipline.
