Lead - Climate Practice Consulting

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategic agenda across climate action, decarbonisation, energy transition, circularity, resilience and climate finance.
- Lead and provide strategic oversight to complex climate engagements.
- Build relationships with corporates, governments, multilaterals, philanthropic funders, investors and NGOs.
- Represent the organisation at national and global climate forums, policy dialogues and industry platforms.

- Identify new market opportunities and support business development, proposals and solution design.
- Build, mentor and lead a multidisciplinary climate team.
- Advise senior stakeholders on climate risk, sustainability and transition strategies.
Looking For:
- 12-18 years of experience in Climate Action, Sustainability, ESG, Decarbonisation, Climate Policy, Adaptation, Resilience or Circularity.
- Strong understanding of climate science/policy and ability to translate it into practical solutions.
- Experience working with government, corporates, multilaterals, foundations and NGOs.
- Strong commercial orientation and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a practice.
