Marketing Manager - NGO/Social Sector

We're Hiring: Marketing Manager

Preferred Location: Mumbai | Social Sector | Impact-Driven Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead communication, storytelling, and brand presence for a growing social sector organization.

What you'll do:

• Drive internal & external communications across teams and stakeholders
• Own and grow LinkedIn & digital presence
• Build compelling stories around program impact & beneficiary journeys
• Lead communication for key initiatives like Pragati
• Support thought leadership, roundtables & events
• Engage and communicate with volunteer communities (India & US)

Who should apply?

• 5-8 years in marketing, communications, or storytelling
• Strong writing & narrative-building skills
• Experience managing LinkedIn or digital platforms
• Ability to simplify complex program work into impactful communication
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Social Sector / NGO experience is mandatory
