• Job Role:

• Lead legal structuring, risk allocation, security creation, and exit strategies for real estate and structured finance deals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan/facility agreements, development agreements, debenture documents, and security documents.
• Conduct end-to-end title due diligence covering ownership, encumbrances, approvals, zoning, and RERA compliance.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, RERA, and other applicable regulations.
• Lead legal strategy for stressed/NPA accounts, including SARFAESI, IBC, NCLT, litigation, and arbitration matters.
• Partner with Credit, Risk, Investment, and Business teams as a strategic deal advisor.
• Lead pan-India legal teams, external counsel, legal panels, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
