Chief Operating Officer - International BPO (Permanent US Shift)

An established International BPO serving US clients is looking for a dynamic COO to lead and scale a 500-member operation in India.

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Week)

Shift Timings: Summer: 5:30 PM 3:30 AM | Winter: 6:30 PM 4:30 AM

Reports To: Owner (Based in the USA)

Direct Reports: Head - Operations, Head HR, Head Training, Head IT

CTC: 65-70 LPA

This role will provide strategic leadership across Operations, HR, Training, and IT while driving profitability, operational excellence, governance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L for the India operations, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and profitability while ensuring achievement of financial and operational targets.
• Provide strategic leadership across Operations, HR, Training and IT.
• Drive SOP adherence, process excellence, governance and performance management.
• Establish strong operating rhythms, dashboards, KPIs and review mechanisms.
• Improve productivity, profitability, quality, customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with US leadership on business objectives, growth plans and transformation initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Drive workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning and organizational capability building.

We're looking for leaders who bring:

• 17 - 22 years of experience in International BPO/BPM environments.
• Proven P&L ownership and business leadership experience.
• Expertise in operational excellence, SOP-driven governance and process transformation.
• Experience managing multiple functions including Operations, HR, Training, Quality and Workforce Management.
• Strong exposure to US clients and global leadership teams.
