Our client is a 500-person international BPO working solely for US Clients.

Lead - Human Resources (Employee Engagement)

Location: Noida

5-Day Working Week

Permanent US Shift Operations (5 pm to 3:30 am)

Compensation: - 15-20 LPA

This is a high-impact role reporting to the Site Leader and will be responsible for driving employee engagement, retention, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, HR operations, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement, retention, employee relations, skip-level meetings, and Town Halls.
• Meet all employees regularly and manage a Green / Yellow / Red retention-risk framework.
• Own performance management and partner with business leaders to improve productivity and accountability.
• Design and deliver customized training & development programs for employees transitioning into leadership roles. Coach managers on people management, reporting, dashboards, client interactions, and team leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 5+ years of HR experience in BPO, ITES, or services environments
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Attrition Management, Retention, PMS, and L&D
• Experience managing HR teams and partnering with business leaders
• Comfortable working in a permanent night-shift environment
• Should have your own vehicle
