We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation. The primary focus will be generating high-quality leads at an optimized CPL and improving conversions across multiple channels. Preferred Industry: Interior Design | Real Estate | Construction | Home Improvement. Key KPIs: Qualified Leads | CPL | Lead Quality | Conversion Rate | ROI/ROAS | Sales Contribution. Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Performance/Digital Marketing experience.
• Strong experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Proven lead-generation and campaign optimization skills.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROI/ROAS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven and willing to travel for business development activities.
  

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate leads through Meta, Google, Website, Landing Pages, WhatsApp, Referrals, Channel Partners, and other platforms, Social Media Post, Capturing Videos of Projects, Client Testimony, Photographs.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Test and improve audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.
• Track leads from enquiry → qualified lead → site visit → conversion.
• Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Manage CRM lead tracking and campaign performance reports.
• Explore new digital and offline channels for lead generation.
• Support builder, channel partner, referral, and site-visit lead generation when required.
