About Us :

The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand founded in 2013. Today, we are one of Indias largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom18 among others.

We create products inspired by pop culture - superheroes, movies, TV shows cartoons—while also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends. Alongside our core mens and womens apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as activewear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks.

While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and currently operate 60+ stores across India, with further pan-India expansion underway.

Position Overview:

As an Image Editor you will be responsible for editing, retouching, and enhancing images to meet creative, branding, or technical standards. The role involves using professional image

editing software to adjust lighting, color, composition, and other visual aspects to

produce high-quality visuals for print, web, or digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, retouch, and manipulate images for use across marketing, advertising,

e-commerce, and social media platforms.

• Adjust color balance, exposure, saturation, and tone to maintain brand

consistency.

• Remove blemishes, unwanted objects, or imperfections using tools like

Photoshop or Lightroom.

• Ensure all images meet quality, resolution, and format standards for different

platforms.

• Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and art directors to maintain

visual coherence.

• Perform background removal, masking, compositing, and image restoration as

• Manage and organize large volumes of image files efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest image editing techniques, AI tools, and digital trends.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• AI Tools Knowledge: Experience with any AI software works.
• Creativity: Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Time Management: Capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or a

related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in professional image editing or similar creative roles.
