We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.

Role overview:

We are looking for someone professional in HR Operations & Payroll who can independently manage end-to-end payroll processes manually while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of HR operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• ● Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing manually with high accuracy.
• ● Handle payroll inputs including attendance, leave management, reimbursements, and employee data.
• ● Oversee day-to-day HR operations activities including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
• ● Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• ● Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth payroll and HR operations
• ● Resolve employee queries related to payroll and HR operations in a timely manner
• ● Support process improvements and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

• ● 6+ years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll
• ● Strong understanding and hands-on experience in manual payroll processing
• ● Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• ● Experience with Darwinbox is good to have, but not mandatory
• ● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• ● Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills
