Social Media Marketing Intern

The Biz Tree is a full-service digital marketing agency working with brands across multiple industries. We specialize in social media marketing, content creation, reel and video production, YouTube management, LinkedIn branding, and digital marketing strategy.

UnInfluencer Media is a subsidiary of The Biz Tree, focused on podcasts, media, interviews, and digital content production.

This internship role is specifically with The Biz Tree. Interns will work directly on client accounts, live brand campaigns, and digital marketing projects managed by The Biz Tree.

Location: Mumbai (Vasai) – On-site

Duration: 3 Months

Type: Full-time Internship

The intern will work across various digital platforms based on client requirements and campaign objectives, including:

• Instagram
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• Other relevant platforms

• Assist in managing social media accounts for multiple clients
• Create social media posts, reels, and short-form videos
• Assist with video and reel editing
• Support product shoots, photoshoots, and content creation
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Plan, schedule, and publish content calendars
• Track basic social media analytics and performance
• Research social media trends and content ideas
• Adapt content according to different brands, audiences, and industries
• Assist with day-to-day social media marketing and digital marketing activities

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Basic reel and short-form video editing skills
• Basic Canva designing skills for creating social media posts, stories, and simple creatives
• Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software
• Basic understanding of content creation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to understand and follow creative briefs
• Awareness of current social media trends and formats
• Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with content
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different brands and industries

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Pursuing graduation or graduates in:
• BMS
• BMM
• Marketing
• Mass Communication
• Media / Communications
• Or other relevant fields
• Interested in social media and digital marketing
• Have basic knowledge of content creation and editing
• Have good communication and coordination skills
• Creative and willing to explore new ideas
• Fast learners who can adapt to different brands and industries
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site agency environment

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience through college projects, internships, freelance work, personal social media pages, or content creation will be considered an advantage.
• A strong interest in social media, content, and digital marketing is more important than extensive professional experience.

Stipend: 4,000 – 8,000 per month

Based on experience, skills, and performance.
