Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
1. Zoho CRM Configuration
- Configure CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and assignment rules
- Develop basic to intermediate Deluge scripts for automation
- Configure fields for dashboards and reports
- Support CRM enhancements and troubleshooting
2. AI Voice Bot & Chatbot Support
- Assist in configuring AI voice bots for lead management
- Support bot flow setup (intents, FAQs, routing logic)
- Update bot scripts and responses as per business requirements
- Test bot flows before go-live
- Ensure bot data syncs correctly with CRM
3. WhatsApp Automation
- Manage WhatsApp templates via BSP platforms
- Configure CRM-triggered WhatsApp journeys
- Support troubleshooting for delivery or automation failures
4. Integrations & API Support
- Support API and webhook configurations
- Perform API testing using Postman
- Troubleshoot basic sync issues
- Coordinate with vendors for complex technical issues
- Understanding of REST APIs and webhooks between Zoho CRM and 3rd party tools
5. Documentation & Testing
- Prepare basic BRD drafts based on inputs from seniors
- Maintain SOPs and change logs
- Conduct UAT and regression testing
- Validate enhancements before deployment
