Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager - Marketing (SEO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver organic search strategies that support business goals across Motherhood portfolio of sites
• Drive initiatives around technical audits, site architecture, structured data, keyword strategies, and internal linking.
• Innovate and experiment. Stay on the cutting edge of whats next in search and customer journeys.
• Defining and executing the SEO strategy across content, tech, and off-site
• Leading keyword research, opportunity analysis, and roadmap creation.
• Managing site audits and working with developers to implement fixes.
• Aligning content with search intent, user journeys, and conversion goals
• Overseeing backlink profiles, link-building strategy, and digital PR efforts
• Collaborating with content, UX, and brand teams to improve performance
• Reporting rankings, traffic, and ROI to stakeholders
• Managing SEO budgets and external vendor relationship
• Implement local and international SEO techniques across local (Google My Business listings) and international website

Knowledge and Specific Skills:

• Attribution, reporting, and dashboards are your tools for showcasing impact and making strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding and passion for Technical SEO, Content, Linking.
• Proficiency across productivity and insights tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush
• Strong project management skills such as timekeeping and prioritization are key.
