• Were looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in e-commerce advertising to join our growing team.

• Plan, execute and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop standardised workflows for campaign planning, proposals, reporting and team operations.
• Drive e-commerce sales, optimise ROAS and improve customer acquisition costs.
• Manage Shopify-focused advertising campaigns, including catalogue ads, dynamic product ads, retargeting and full-funnel strategies.
• Analyse product-level performance, customer behaviour and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute creative testing, audience targeting, budget allocation and campaign scaling strategies.
• Identify high-performing products, categories and customer segments to improve advertising profitability.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and web teams to improve landing pages, customer journeys and conversion rates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and GTM.
• Manage lead-generation and other performance campaigns across multiple industries.
• Prepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Independently manage multiple client accounts while maintaining campaign performance.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing preferred.
• Proven experience managing and scaling e-commerce sales campaigns is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, including sales campaigns, catalogue advertising and campaign optimisation.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, LTV, MER and conversion rate optimisation.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, GTM and Google Merchant Center.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into business decisions.
• Ability to independently develop strategies, troubleshoot performance issues and manage multiple accounts.
• Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with D2C, retail or omnichannel brands.
• Understanding of e-commerce merchandising, product feeds and inventory-led advertising.
• Experience with landing page optimisation and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp automation and customer retention strategies.
• Prior agency experience and the ability to mentor junior team members.
