Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - IT to lead our IT operations and

support teams. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management,

technical support, and networking, with expertise in both on-premises and cloud environments. AWS

certification is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee server, storage, and network operations, ensuring high availability and

performance.

Manage Citrix environments and cloud-based infrastructure.

Implement and manage AWS cloud solutions effectively.

2. Technical Support:

Provide leadership for technical support teams handling remote and onsite support.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and servers.

Ensure effective configuration and support for Outlook and other software applications.

3. Network and Security:

Design, implement, and manage networking solutions, including routers, switches, and

firewalls.

Ensure compliance with security protocols and manage CCNA-certified practices.

4. Service Desk Management:

Oversee and manage ticketing tools to ensure effective tracking and resolution of issues.

Develop and optimize processes for handling service desk tickets, ensuring SLAs are

consistently met.

Handle escalation management and ensure smooth communication between teams for

issue resolution.

5. System Operations:

Manage OS installations, updates, and troubleshooting for Windows and Linux systems.

6. Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide the IT team to enhance productivity and technical expertise.

Develop training programs for continuous improvement.

7. Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives.

Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

10-12 years of experience in IT management and technical support.

Certifications: CCNA, AWS, ITIL.

Expertise in networking, hardware troubleshooting, Citrix, and cloud environments.

Strong experience with ticketing tools, including management and optimization.

Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
