Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition with 1 year of experience who can handle fresher hiring end-to-end and coordinate them in the office. The role involves managing sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination for freshers to ensure a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fresher recruitment drives (walk-ins, internship programs).
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for freshers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Be the point of contact for freshers in the office, guiding them with processes, policies, and queries.
- Support HR team in engagement activities for freshers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fresher hiring requirements and coordinate in-office activities.
