Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Indore, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads through multiple channels, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Business Development Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking pipeline progress, providing regular sales reports, and contributing insights to refine business development strategies. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends and ThinkeSpaces service offerings to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess strong Account Management and relationship-building skills to manage ongoing client needs and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Business concepts, including consulting, transformation services, and operational performance improvement.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales or professional services, preferably in consulting, technology, or business transformation domains.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Indore, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
