Job Description
For nearly 20 years, weve helped clients access knowledge on demand from experts, in-person and through our Library covering over 65,000 companies.
The Operations Lead is crucial to Third Bridges transformation program, coordinating operations across Legal, Compliance, and Editorial. This hands-on role drives a three-year agenda aimed at creating a scalable, tech-enabled model that enhances throughput and quality without a proportional increase in headcount.
We seek a candidate who thrives in ambiguous environments, thinks systemically, and understands that effective operational design centers on its users. While a background in legal, compliance, or editorial is not required, candidates must be analytically rigorous, commercially savvy, and motivated to streamline complex, multi-functional operations.
