JD for Business Technical Analyst
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience as Business Technical Analyst
- Knowledge on any ITSM tool
- Should have experience in maintenance & support
- Good Knowledge in US Healthcare business will be an added advantage.
- Good Analytical Skills.
- Good knowledge in doing the data analysis and technical root cause analysis
- Experience working with developers.
- Exposure to Mainframe COBOL is added advantage
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Should acquire increased level of US healthcare business knowledge and experience in a defined area (i.e. claims, membership, Provider, Billing, accounting, service, finance, etc.)
- Should be willing to work in US shift timings
