Program Lead - Healthcare (Analytics Consulting)

About the Role:

• Work on some of the latest applications of AI to solve complex business problems, and demonstrate significant business value to one or more clients in the insurance / healthcare industries.
• Lead multiple project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, BI experts, data / ML engineers etc.
• Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in client workshops to identify high impact business problems that could be solved through AI based solutions
  
• Translate those business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytics problem statements
• Design plans to develop and deploy advanced analytics and data solutions with a product mindset in collaboration with internal CoEs e.g. Cloud, Engineering, Data Sciences, MLOps etc.
• Own & drive execution of the plan by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities.
• Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients business & financial metrics.
• Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring and developing repeatable analytics approaches

Responsibilities

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics, engineering and BI solutions through analytics consulting
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in working with and leading multidisciplinary teams
• In depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas
• Ability to translate high level business problems to an analytics and data problem statement
• Experience in scoping, development, validation & deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions with a product mindset
• Knowledge of DS / ML / DE/ AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint
• Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights in the context of client decision making
• Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered
• Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools such as R and / or Python
• Hands on Experience in analyzing and visualizing data using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
• Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA from reputed institutes preferred
