Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for leading end-to-end hiring across the organization. This position oversees workforce planning with business leaders, defines role requirements, and manages full-life cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to selection and offer management. The role includes conducting structured interviews, coordinating assessment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. The Talent Acquisition Manager will drive employer branding initiatives, build strategic talent pipelines, and nurture relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and laws, and providing regular hiring reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in full-life-cycle recruiting and recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess demonstrated expertise in hiring and interviewing to assess talent and make effective hiring decisions.
• Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding to enhance the organizations visibility and attractiveness to potential talent.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in manufacturing, industrial, or construction-related sectors is beneficial.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and hiring managers.
• Solid understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools, along with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an added advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
