Till It Clicks is a full-service digital marketing agency that blends data with design to deliver measurable outcomes for brands across India and the USA. We work at the intersection of creativity and analytics, and were expanding our creative team to lead the next wave of AI-powered design.

We are looking for an experienced AI Designer to join our Pune studio. In this role, you will harness generative AI and modern design workflows to conceptualise and produce high-quality brand assets, ad creatives, and pitch visuals. You will combine strong design fundamentals with fluency in AI-driven ideation and asset generation to deliver creative work at both speed and scale.

• Design and produce social media creatives and ad campaign visuals across multiple brand accounts.
• Develop brand identity assets and visual systems to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Craft compelling pitch decks and client presentations that communicate strategy and creative direction with clarity.
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, explore visual directions, and produce production-ready assets.
• Partner with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to translate briefs into sharp, on-brand creative.
• Maintain a high bar for craft — typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Stay current with emerging AI design capabilities and integrate them thoughtfully into the studios workflow.
  

• 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand, social, and presentation design.
• Proven hands-on experience using generative AI tools for image, asset, and concept creation.
• Working knowledge of prompt craft — the ability to direct AI tools with intent and precision.
• Solid command of industry-standard design software and contemporary design workflows.
• Sharp eye for detail, strong typographic sensibility, and confidence with brand systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.

• Experience designing for performance marketing and A/B-tested creative.
• Exposure to motion, animation, or basic video workflows.
