Job Description
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Basic technical understanding of CNC machines, lathe operations, and industrial machinery, with the ability to explain product features and benefits.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for presenting solutions, handling customer queries, and building long-term partnerships.
- Organizational and reporting skills for managing pipelines, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Previous experience in industrial or engineering product sales is preferred; experience in machine tools or CNC equipment is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and willingness to learn internal systems.
