Transfer Pricing Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the transfer pricing team, responsible for analyzing intercompany transactions and ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations.

What you will do: You will conduct transfer pricing studies, prepare documentation, and interact with tax authorities on transfer pricing related matters.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct transfer pricing studies to determine the arm’s length pricing of intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
• Interact with tax authorities on transfer pricing matters.
• Stay updated on changes in transfer pricing regulations.
• Analyze intercompany transactions and identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals to ensure compliance.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Taxation or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations in India.
• Experience with transfer pricing documentation and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
