Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to learn about current trends and target audiences.
• Creating and Handling content for collateral, campaigns, Templates, Web and App.
• Coordinating with Hotel Marcoms for Promotional Emailers / Notifications dissemination
• Work on blogs and organic content creation
• Understanding company brands and creating content to meet those objectives within a given time frame.
• Develop content strategies for traditional and digital marketing channels, and content marketing and digital platforms
• Determine the best way for content to engage users, increase customer loyalty, generate leads, and measure brand awareness
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages, and ensure that content is aligned accordingly
• Create SEO content for keyword research, information architecture, and usability best practices to deliver targeted content
• Creating and managing content calendar for Digital platforms
• Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics.
• Testing campaigns (Digital, promotional, transactional, web, app) before go live.

Desired Profile:

• 1. Experience of 5 years + in writing content in the luxury domain.
• 2. Excellent creative writing skills and impeccable command over English.
• 3. Should be able to give boring topics an interesting spin.
• 4. Should be abreast with current news and social media trends.
• 5. Good interpersonal skills to work in a team.
