Job Title- Transport Manager
Experience - 4 to 8 Years
we are looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring safe and efficient transport services.
- Manage end to end transportation operations and fleet activities.
- Ensure timely and efficient employee transportation while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and monitor SLA.
- Plan routes and optimize vehicle utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor vehicle maintenance, documentation, insurance, and statutory compliance.
- Handle transportation related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead and mentor the transport team to achieve operational excellence.
