Data Scientist - Customer Analytics

What role you will play in team: You'll use your data science skills to provide valuable insights into customer behavior, helping us improve products and services.

What you will do: You will build and deploy models to predict customer churn, understand customer segmentation, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibility:

• Build and deploy machine learning models to predict customer churn.
• Segment customers based on their behavior and characteristics.
• Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with other data scientists and business stakeholders.
• Present your findings to senior management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science).
• 2-4 years of experience in a data science role.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with various machine learning libraries.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
