Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in executing M&A transactions for a diverse range of clients.

What you will do: You will conduct financial analysis, market research, and assist in the preparation of marketing materials.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation of target companies
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
• Due diligence and transaction execution support
• Assisting in deal negotiations and closing processes
• Maintaining detailed transaction records and databases

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent financial modeling skills in Excel
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes
