Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Intern to support our campus hiring initiatives and recruitment operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, employer branding support, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support campus hiring initiatives, including coordination with colleges, placement teams, and candidates
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment trackers
• Prepare basic recruitment and hiring status reports
• Create and support presentations (PPTs) for hiring updates and campus engagement
• Assist with photo and video editing for employer branding, hiring campaigns, and campus communications
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• MBA (HR or equivalent)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to create impactful presentations
• Basic photo and video editing skills (tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar preferred)
• Good understanding or interest in recruitment and campus hiring
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
