Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and qualified leads.
• Counsel candidates about courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Collect application/registration token payments and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call targets, follow-up targets, and monthly admission goals.
• Handle candidate queries and objections professionally to maximize conversions.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and regular performance reviews.
• Submit daily work reports and adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and performance expectations while working remotely.
