Compliance
- Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor and report instances of non-compliance and take corrective actions.
- Address customer complaints/escalations efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely query resolution.
- Monitor customer experience scores and implement improvements.
- Prepare and review trade documents as per LC terms and buyer-provided SI.
- Ensure timely approval and issuance of documents before vessel departure.
- Minimize trade documentation errors and delays in LC presentation.
- Provide shipment updates to buyers upon dispatch.
- Maintain real-time tracking of ongoing and future shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure timely submission of insurance declaration sheets.
- Ensure timely receipt of SI from buyers and verify LC drafts before issuance.
- Validate LCs before shipment bookings and address required amendments.
- Track and reduce delays in LC issuance and payments.
- Issue contracts within one day of trade confirmation.
- Ensure signed contracts are received before shipment planning.
- Maintain and update contracts in ERP weekly.
- Update shipment data in ERP after receiving the draft BL
3 to 5 years of exp with knowledge of export-import regulations, LC transactions, is preferred.
