Branch Manager

Operations Management (FM / MM / LM)

• Oversee end-to-end branch operations including pickup, sorting, dispatch, and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to TAT and service quality standards.
• Monitor shipment flow, minimize misroutes, RTOs, and damages.
• Maintain daily reconciliation of shipments and cash.
• Ensure compliance with SOP's and company policies.
  

Revenue & Sales Growth

• Achieve branch revenue and volume targets.
• Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to increase business.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  

Collection & Credit Control

• Ensure timely collection from clients.
• Monitor outstanding payments and control DSO.
• Handle cash management and billing accuracy.
• Follow up on overdue accounts.
  

Team Management

• Manage operations staff, delivery executives, and support teams.
• Allocate manpower efficiently across FM, MM, and LM.
• Conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
• Maintain discipline and productivity.
  

Customer & Escalation Handling

• Handle client escalations and resolve service issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage loss/damage cases as per company policy.
  

Financial & Compliance

• Monitor branch P&L performance.
• Control operational costs.
• Ensure audit compliance and documentation accuracy.
