Functional HCM Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support and implementation consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities.
• Generate error-free implementations and customizations respecting Strada best practices.
• Work with Business Analyst and clients to identify requirements and design enhancements to meet user needs.
• Own multiple business process areas" functional process ownership.
• Facilitate problem-solving discussions with clients and internal teams to maintain project continuity.
• Prepare functionality specifications and deliver to ABAP developers.
• Perform system and integration tests to ensure applications meet specifications.
• Provide documentation on technical and functional issues handled.
• Report on status and progress to the Team/Project Manager regularly.
• Maintain communication channels and contacts at an appropriate level.
• Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
• 2+ project rollouts experience.
• Customer-facing skills.
• Strong interest in delivering high-quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resources.
• Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
