Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Support GST, TDS, EPF, and other statutory compliance activities, including documentation and filing requirements.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and provide data analysis to support budgeting and business decision-making.
• Coordinate with auditors, company secretaries, consultants, and other stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, financial controls, and company procedures.
• Perform additional finance and accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.
