Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Post job openings on various platforms and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, and induction for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, letters, and other HR-related documents as required.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal HR activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including record management, vendor coordination, and office administration tasks.
