Tranquil Decor Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand growth. The role involves both field and office work, focusing on converting leads into customers and building strong client relationships in the interior design domain.

• Generate leads through online platforms, references, and field activities
• Call and engage with potential clients
• Understand client requirements and pitch interior design solutions
• Convert leads into confirmed customers

• Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits
• Explain design process, pricing, and execution workflow
• Maintain professional and persuasive communication

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead generation
• Promote company services through social media and local outreach

• Maintain proper follow-ups with leads
• Update client data and status in CRM system
• Ensure accurate reporting of daily activities

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Willingness to work in field and office
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

• Experience in interior design, real estate, or service-based sales
• Prior experience in client handling or business development
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month
