• Recruitment Support

  Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Help conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.

• Onboarding & Offboarding

  Help prepare offer letters and employee documents.

• Assist in orientation sessions for new hires.
• Maintain onboarding checklists.
• Support exit interview processes and documentation.

• HR Operations

  Maintain employee records and update databases.

• Assist with HR audits and compliance documentation.
• Help manage attendance, leave, and payroll data (basic support).

• Employee Engagement

  Coordinate team-building events and activities.

• Conduct surveys and analyze feedback.
• Draft communication emails or HR newsletters.

• Training & Development

Schedule training sessions and maintain records.

Assist in preparing training materials and feedback forms.

• HR Analytics & Reporting

Help create and maintain HR reports (headcount, attrition, performance metrics).

Work with Excel or HR software to analyze employee data.

• Policy & Compliance Support in updating HR policies and handbooks.

Ensure employee understanding of company policies.

• Administrative Tasks

Filing documents and handling internal communications.

Managing calendars and HR inboxes.
