About the role We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Product team. You will lead discovery for initiatives ranging from focused enhancements to multi-team translating business needs into delivery-ready requirements and stay close to execution through testing and release. You will use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and documentation while validating outputs with sound judgement. What We Offer Competitive base salary INR 22,00,000 – INR 25,00,000 Comprehensive health benefits Retirement savings plan with company contributions Generous paid time off allowance and birthday day off Flexible hybrid working schedules Parental leave and family-supportive policies Charity or volunteering time off Group-wide travel discounts What You’ll Do • Discover and analyze requirements: Lead interviews, workshops, and reviews, challenge assumptions; and define clear business outcomes, process flows, user journeys, and data flows. • Create delivery-ready documentation: Produce BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models with clear traceability and version control. • Connect business and engineering: Translate needs into actionable detail, clarify requirements during development and contribute to technical discussions on integrations, data flows, and constraints. • Support product decisions: Partner with the Product Owner by providing analysis for refinement, prioritization, business impact, complexity, timelines, and trade-offs. • Apply data and customer insight: Use GA4, GTM, tracking, CRM, research, and post-release data to identify opportunities and assess the impact of delivered changes. • Strengthen quality and delivery: Work with design, engineering, and QA; support UAT; identify risks early; validate acceptance criteria; and gather post-release feedback. • Contribute to Agile delivery: Prepare stories for refinement and participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and feature releases. • Use AI responsibly: Apply AI tools to discovery preparation, drafting, process modelling, research synthesis, and documentation, while checking accuracy, limitations, and bias. What You’ll Bring • Business analysis: Proven experience in an Agile product or software environment, with strong requirements elicitation, structured analysis, and process-modelling skills. • Clear documentation: Experience producing BRDs, functional specifications, traceable requirements, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria. • Technical confidence: A working understanding of system integrations, data flows, technical constraints, and the software development lifecycle; coding is not required. • Data and digital insight: Comfort analyzing and reporting on data, with exposure to GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, automated call tracking, or CRM data. • Collaborative communication: Strong written and facilitation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and work effectively across functions, brands, and locations. • Tools and ways of working: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Miro, plus practical use of AI tools for analysis and documentation We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where people can be their authentic selves and contribute to meaningful outcomes.
