Job Description

As a Tech cum CRM Intern at Kapeefit, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining CRM data on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include conducting CRM audits, data cleaning, and reporting. You will also support the integration of CRM with other platforms such as sales, marketing, and customer support. Additionally, your role will involve troubleshooting and providing first-level technical support for software and system-related issues. You will be expected to generate performance reports, dashboards, and customer insights while assisting in CRM automation, workflows, and process improvements. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for effective lead and customer management will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, you will research, test, and suggest new tech tools for improving operations, as well as document technical and CRM processes for internal training and usage.

The desired skills and qualifications for this role include pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. A basic understanding of CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is required. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting is essential. You should possess a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, eagerness to learn new tools, and implement automation. Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are necessary, along with attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
