Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Bangalore (Mahadevapura & Koramangala)

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: UK Shift

Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates (only Exp)

Salary: Upto 5.64 LPA + Incentives

Responsibilities:

You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA's.
Support inbound sales through upselling or cross selling of products or services.

Afternoon Shift - 12:30 - 02:30 IST (Hoop)
Work from Office

Rounds of Interview: VERSANT > HR > OPS
