Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies for high-impact niche roles.

• Build and manage pipelines of candidates using outbound sourcing, research, and creative outreach methods.
• Identify passive talent through Boolean searches, social platforms, communities, and competitive mapping.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring strategy and decision-making.
• Create outreach messages that reflect the brand and attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and track it in the ATS.
• Contribute to inclusive hiring practices.
• Sourcing highly technical, niche, or super-niche candidates in dynamic environments.
• Proficient with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Internal Database, etc.).
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to candidate quality and fit.
