Role Description The Event Executive role is a full-time, remote position responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and exhibitions aligned with clients brand and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal creative, marketing, and tech teams to develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets, as well as managing vendor relationships and logistics such as venue coordination, production, and on-ground support. The Event Executive will oversee event deliverables, maintain project documentation, and ensure all digital and physical assets are consistent with brand guidelines. This role also involves tracking event performance, preparing post-event reports, and recommending improvements for future events. The Event Executive is expected to maintain clear communication with clients, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to the development of innovative event solutions within the companys broader digital growth strategy.

• Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution, including managing timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Skills in vendor and stakeholder management, with the ability to negotiate terms and maintain professional relationships.
