Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, document, and review journal entries, including journal uploads and resolution of general ledger queries
• Support and actively participate in monthly and quarterly financial close processes
• Prepare documentation to support both internal and external stakeholders, including audit requirements
• Perform and review account reconciliations, including Balance Sheet and Cash/Bank reconciliations
• Establish, document, and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Manage and support Fixed Asset Accounting processes

Requirements

• Strong understanding of General Accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with Balance Sheet reconciliations and financial statements, including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards
• Ability to analyze financial data with a strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of balance sheet structures and reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
