We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role with structured training and clear growth opportunities.

Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build insights, and support business decisions. The role includes a 3-month training period with hands-on exposure to real projects.

Employment & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Training Period: 3 months
• Salary During Training: ?15,000/month (In-hand)
• Post-Training Salary: ?20,000 ?25,000/month (In-hand)
• (Based on performance and skill alignment)

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Perform A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert business needs into analytical solutions
• Identify automation and process optimization opportunities
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and MS Excel
• Experience with BI & data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio)
• Exposure to Python or R is a plus
• Understanding of statistical techniques and analytical concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
