Role: Data Analyst

Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

Reports to: Founders Office- Growth & Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Track sales, revenue, CAC, LTV, retention, and repeat rates with weekly/monthly dashboards and performance reports.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on cohorts, funnels, and marketing ROI to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Work with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to improve KPIs, forecasting, and inventory planning, presenting key findings to leadership.
• Support product launches, pricing, and market expansion through data-backed recommendations.
• Manage dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, and automate reporting workflows with visualizations for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- 12 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, or a similar data-focused role.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

- Basic understanding of key business metrics (revenue, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, etc.).

- Ability to structure and present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Nice-to-Have (Good to Learn Here):

- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).

- Exposure to D2C, FMCG, or startup environments.

- Understanding of e-commerce tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms.
