Marketing Executive

In this role, you will be the creative backbone of our daily marketing operations, working closely with the marketing lead to elevate our brands digital presence. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Content Creation: Act as the primary design support, creating high-quality, engaging visual assets for various marketing initiatives.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and grow GoTrusts presence across key platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Event Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to help plan, coordinate, and flawlessly execute company events and initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across different departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and support various team needs.
• General Marketing Support: Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks, campaign setups, and brand building exercises as needed.

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a massive plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Design Acumen: A proven talent for visual design and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
• Design Tool Proficiency: Skilled in tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
• Flexible: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Eager to Learn: A natural curiosity and willingness to pick up new skills, tools, and industry trends on the fly.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
