The Role:

As an AI Analyst at Turium AI, youll work at the intersection ofAI, analytics, and real enterprise delivery. Youll support the design, delivery, and optimisation of AI-driven solutions across our product suite, includingTurium Algoreus, Enigma, Zebra, Turium Edge AI, and Turium Qale. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and delivery-focused ideal for someone who wants exposure to real production AI, not just theory.

What Youll Do:

• Supportproposal and bid activities, including requirements analysis, solution inputs, effort estimation, and AI-led value propositions aligned to client business goals
• Work withclient stakeholdersto understand business problems, data readiness, regulatory considerations, and enterprise constraints, translating these into practical AI use cases and delivery roadmaps
• Design and contribute toAI and analytics solutions, using machine learning and advanced analytics to solve real business problems
• Collaborate closely withdata scientists, engineers, cloud architects, security teams, and product ownersto integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems
• Supportmodel development, evaluation, and validation, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, governance, and compliance expectations
• Assist withdeployment and production support, including monitoring, feedback loops, and transition to operations or managed services
• Act as atrusted delivery partner, providing insights, risk assessments, and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce clear documentation, includingsolution designs, data flows, assumptions, limitations, and operational guidelines
• Supportpost-deployment optimisation, performance tuning, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Technologies We Use:

Python, TypeScript, Flutter, AWS, LLMs, and modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling.

What Were Looking For:

• Graduate with aBTech degree from an IIT, preferably in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience(were open to graduates through to experienced professionals)
• StrongPythonskills and familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts
• Solid understanding ofmachine learning fundamentals, data preparation, and model evaluation
• Comfortable working with clients or willing to developclient-facing skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to workAEST / AEDT (Australian Eastern) time zones
