Junior Finance Officer

Turium is looking for a detail-driven and globally mindedJunior Finance Officerto support our finance operations and tax compliance as we scale internationally. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong foundational finance skills, global tax exposure, and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Youll work closely with our broader team across payroll, tax compliance, financial reporting, and contract administration helping us stay sharp, compliant, and future-ready.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Supportglobal tax complianceand reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist withpayroll processing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with statutory and internal policies
• Process and manageaccounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR)workflows
• Prepare and reviewinvoices, contracts, and vendor payments
• Reconcile accounts, validate transactions, and maintain clean, audit-ready records
• Contribute tofinancial reporting, forecasting, and project cost tracking
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and compliance partners as needed
• Assist withad hoc reporting and analysisto support executive decision-making

What Were Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) must-have
• 24 years experiencein finance or tax, ideally with some global or cross-border exposure
• Hands-on experience inAR/AP, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Exceland financial systems
• Excellentattention to detail, ownership mindset, and communication skills
• Comfortable workingacross time zones, with stakeholders in Australia and beyond
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow with a scaling AI company
